The B&S 9492 is a great quality prescription swimming goggle supplied as an easily assembled kit. Manufactured from shock resistant polycarbonate with an anti-fog coating to prevent misting. These goggles are hypo-allergenic and provide 100% UV protection. Assembly kits are available in black or blue with transparent lenses.

    Prescription goggles

    Kit instructions spoke about two nose connectors,different sizes I believe. My kit had one. May or may not have made a difference, but sadly despite being tight they leaked. Lens crystal clear.

    Hello Richard

    Good to read the lenses are crystal clear.
    Regarding the nose bridge it is a single adjustable strap.
    If you are able to tighten this, hopefully it will improve the seal.

    The lens seal is crucial to avoid leakages, the headstrap should not be tight but simply hold the lenses in place.
    Please read our fitting guide with video before trying goggles in water again as this can usually prevent leaky goggles.

    Perfect Vision in the pool

    With a good size lens the field of vision is great. Having different prescription in each lens helps as some companies only offer the same script on each eye. Only problem was putting them together as the rubber seal kept popping off, however that seems to stay put now its on and no issues in the water.

    Difficult to fit together

    Where possible buy the ones with the same eye power as fitting the lenses into the rubber then fitting the straps and bridge is really difficult and took me hours due to throwing them across the room several times. Although when set up they are really good for swimming and seeing where you’re going. I do cold water swimming and these are ideal. Just a pain to build..
